Hey, not to get off topic, but Philmont plans a bond issue on a town garage. These can be brought to a referendum. Anyone know someone in Philmont willing to support a referendum? Shouldn't the voters get a say before the board members build themselves another unnecessary palace?

The threat of a referendum stopped a similar slush fund/boondogle in Stuyvesant.

Bond issue = referendum! Red Alert!!!!! Action!!!
