It is funny how people forget that Geeda Cheddie in August of 2010 referred to the South Bay as “the swamp” and had allegations of dishonesty on the BOE. How is it that she is alderman in a ward she doesn't care about? The ward isn't just the part you want it is all of it and she was elected to work on it all. Furthermore how is it that people forget the allegations against her when she worked at the BOE? This is dirty on her part! What is her goal here to attempt to discredit Mr. Rodgers for something she got involved in and never should have! I hope she does have charges brought against her she must not be allowed to play dirty untruthful politics!

Would be nice if Rusconi could have been a little more detailed about the arrangement (with Mr. Rodgers). Did he offer him the place did they have an agreement. It is my understanding they did and that Mr. Rodgers was moving in two days after they talked. I would like to know what happen and if he changed his mind because of Cheddie calling and how is it that he thinks its ok to let her do this and doesn’t stand up for truth and justice.

As for Mandolia role a commissioner of deeds role is to verify that the signatory is who they say they are and I am sure he did his job regarding that.

It sounds like Cheddie is playing dirty and is scared she will loss add is grasping at anything in an attempt to cloud the real issues, which are she is not doing what is best for the city. Also I was told from a reliable source that Cheddie got the republican endorsement why is she hiding that?
