<p>1) The Hudson River crossing for the Transco proposal is just south of the CSX Railroad/NYS Thruway Bridge, not at Mount Merino. So no ability in the Transco project to advocate undergrounding the lines at Mt. Marino/Athens/Olana river crossing.</p>
<p>2) Although I don't immediately see it referenced in this public filing document, when I met with Transco officials last week in New Scotland, they said the new Columbia County substation would be in Schodack - previous documentation referenced several possibilities.</p>
