Hyde Park Country Auctions held a large sale of ephemera from an unspecified Hudson law office on March 5th. There were 379 “lots” on the block, many containing multiple items such as books, maps, receipts, photographs, ledgers, and the like... A recurring name on the 19th Century documents appears to have been “Chace.” Did anyone from Hudson or Claverack attend, or are these local records now scattered to the winds?
