A West Indian/American restaurant is coming to the northside of the 7th Street park in Hudson.
The proprietor, Norman, says he’s about two weeks away from completing what’s shaping up as an ambitious renovation of this former take-out pizza joint—including the refinishing of a beautiful inlaid hardwood floor he discovered under several layers of grime and linoleum. (It may date back to the white-tablecloth restaurant run by Tim Grandinetti there in the ’90s.)
