As previously reported here, Baba Louie’s is expanding northward from Great Barrington and Hudson to Pittsfield. Now comes word via the Times-Union that Mexican Radio, having already made the leap two hours north from Manhattan to Hudson, is going add another location another hour closer to the Canadian border, with a new Schenectady location... A third example would make it a bona fide trend. (Gigi’s in Saratoga, say?)
