Nick Koulos has sold the Falk building, home for as long as anyone can remember to The Fresh Farmer. He’s liquidating inventory this week to make room for the new owners (who are said to be local). Their last official day of busines is Thursday, so head on over to the 500 block to find some treasures or at least a souvenir of a unique Hudson institution.
