According to several attendees, TCI was not the only presence missing from Thursday night’s packed meeting. No members of the Ghent Town Board were spotted by a pair of local eyes, and only Robin Andrews of Claverack was positively ID’d among the 24 members of the County Board of Supervisors. (The Ghent Board’a monthly meeting was scheduled at the same time, but many assumed it would be postponed that given the gravity of the TCI situation.)
